Columbia, MD. USA - Sunday, May 23, 1999 at 17:22:41 (EDT)I am still in shock at this horrible tragedy. I can't even begin to think of how strong all of the families must be to hold up as well as they are through all of this. All of you are in my prayers and thoughts. I have never lost anyone close to me so I can't even imagine what you are going through. I feel great admiration for all of the young people who have lost their lives and for those who were injured. It takes great courage to know that the end is near and still perservere to try and save someone else as many of them did. I can only hope tha one day I am half as strong as Cassie Bernall. My prayers and thoughts are with you all, God Bless.

Powder Springs, GA USA - Saturday, May 22, 1999 at 21:27:31 (EDT)Dear Cloumbine, My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I'm sorry that you all had to go threw that and I wish that there was something that could of prevented it but we can't. It's terrible and I know for the family of the victims i just want to say my thoughts and prayers are with you all. Hope you all will recover from this terrible tragedy but I know that you all won't. This will be with you all forever. I'm terrible sorry. May God be with you all and again my prayers and thoughts are with you. A month later May 21 it happened here in Georgia. I thought since what happened in Littleton, Co I thought it will make people think but ever sinec what happened in Columbine High it looked like it just set people off because with all the rumors that was going around and it was scary. Because, at my school at Bradwell Institute their were rumors saying that on May 19th there was suppose to be a shooting or somebody was going to come and blow up the school but on the 19th we had a bomb threat which lasted 4 hrs. A lot of parents came and picked there kids up. My dad came and picked me up. It's scary that we have to worry about if we are going to come home alive or not. Well, I just wanted people to know that. I pray for you all every night and I hope people in Littleton Colordao will recover but I know they won't But, let God be with you. My prayers and thoughts are with you all.

Hinesville, Ga USA - Saturday, May 22, 1999 at 16:19:53 (EDT)Dear God, I pray that you send your Spirit to comfort and keep your people during this time, not only that Lord but send your Spirit to fill those that don't know the power of God, the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Make the blind to see the deep things of you Lord, and keep those that already know you in this time of need, for you said when we are weak that is when you become our strength. Give them the desire to look to you and to submit themselves completely to you Lord God. I pray in the name of Jesus, Amen.......... To all my brothers and sisters in Christ that experienced this horrible tragedy, just know that on that day you will see your loved ones for they entered into God's Kingdom when they gave their lives to Him.....may his peace be with you till we meet... ARVADA, CO USA - Saturday, May 22, 1999 at 10:47:46 (EDT)I like to express my feelings in a poem Watching Heaven At Work God Closed the School, Heavens Light shined Bright. Only the Victims went to Heaven, before the day turned to night. The Victims awoke in a home that was unknown. Before long, they knew they stood before God, on the greatest Thrown. Each Victim was handed, by the Lord Himself, the Golden Key. They earned Eternal Life, and Heaven was theirs to Roam, Because they were free. Through an open window in Heaven, they watched the events unfold at Columbine High. Everyone on Earth, was in deep shock, that students and a teacher had to die. The Lord announced, please don't look, you will never be treated like that again. The Suspects, will be delt with, They must pay for that very bad sin. Heavens Angels, Welcomed their new members, with a lot of warmth to go around. God Looked through the open window, he dropped a tear, but did not make a sound. Closing the window, he was saddened by the events of the day. As he sat down on his thrown, He thought that the suspects could have tried to pray. Written By Chris Childers May 22, 1999

Harbor Beach, MI USA - Friday, May 21, 1999 at 21:39:37 (EDT)I was touched and moved to hear about Cassie Bernall's last moments. Being a Christian in the "free world" I spend little time thinking about what it might be like to truly die for what I believe. I can SAY that I would do it, and my heart says it as well. But at that moment would I have done the same? I pray that I would. She is an example to young and old Christians alike of how deep we are to love our God. She must have known somewhere in her spirit that her next moment would be rejoicing in her Father's arms. I look forward to the day when I meet her in heaven. I pray for you, her family, and all the families who have suffered due to this tragedy, to be comforted and blessed in your times ahead.

Germantown , MD USA - Friday, May 21, 1999 at 17:42:52 (EDT)As I explored each page and learned more about each victim, I realized that the world is much less beautiful without them. I imagined what may have come from the intelligence, talent and creativity of the group and how that was stolen from all of us. This didn't just happen to Littleton-this happened to all of us. These were OUR kids and we miss them terribly. Love and prayers to all of you from Southern Wisconsin.

Watertown, WI USA - Friday, May 21, 1999 at 17:07:43 (EDT)I must say that after reading all the heartfelt words from the other wonderful people, I couldn't help but cry, I myself have never been in a situation nearly as tramatic as those poor kids at Columbine were, I can't say that i know how your pain feels, because i don't, but i do know what it's like to lose someone, and it hurts, I wanted to say how brave you all are, for not giving up, and having an amazing amount of courage to overcome your fears, you are very strong people, I just hope others can learn from you, your amazing show of adoration and togetherness is wonderful, if only there were more of that type of love going around, maybe we wouldn't need a site like this to say goodbye to kids??. I also want you to know, that there will ALWAYS be a special place in my heart, for the survivors and the innocent victims, who gave their life for others, I send my love, and prayers and thoughts to all of you who are grieving, along with condolences to the [perpetrators'] family, who right now need support, for like the rest of the parents, they also are grieiving, for they have lost a child as well, they have the biggest obstacle to overcome, because they have to live with the fact that not only are their sons dead, but they were responsible for so many other deaths, their parents are human too, and need love regardless. Canada Loves you all, and hopes that everyone will start to love one another again, and we can finally have peace at night. Thanks
there are people that care.
